Founded in 1953 by Noel & Betty Holyoake, Holyoake Industries was a diverse and dynamic operation encompassing manufacturing, sales, and support in the air distribution space as well as commercial property, forestry, marine service, and parts supplier.

In 2021, Holyoake became a part of the Price Group of Companies. Price Industries is a privately held family company headquartered in Winnipeg, Canada. Established in 1949, Price’s journey from sales office to a North American market leader reflects closely the timeline of Holyoake’s establishment and growth in New Zealand and Australia.
